PESHAWAR:

Federal Law Minister Farogh Naseem has apologized to the court for his press conference against the special court following the handing down of death penalty to the former president Pervaz Musharraf, admitting that it was a mistake.

Farogh Naseem appeared before the two member bench of Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday, admitted his mistake and sought exemption from appearing before the court in person on the ground of his busy work schedule on which the bench, comprising Justice Roohul Amin and Justice Nasir Mehfooz, gave him exemption from personal appearance in future.
