Accidents: 6 killed in separate incidents
Six people were killed in different accidents during the past 24 hours
FAISALABAD:
Six people were killed in different accidents during the past 24 hours in various parts of the city. According to police officials, a speeding truck crushed three labourers who were sleeping on a footpath near Eden Garden in the Madina Town police precincts. Muzaffar and Muhammad Bux were seriously injured and died on the spot, while Zulfiqar was shifted to hospital in a critical condition. In other incident, Chak No94-GB resident Muhammad Riaz was headed for Nishatabad on his motorcycle when his rivals shot him and Imran, 30, resident of Mohallah Isalam Nagar and Haq Nawaz, 36, resident of Chak No31-JB died in Allied Hospital after their car was totalled. Police officials have registered separate cases and are searching for the accused.
