Bollywood veteran Urmila Matondkar has come out strongly against the accusations made by Kangana Ranaut all over social media. The Kite actor claims that the luxurious workspace owned by Matondkar, worth INR 3 crore, came into being after she joined Shiv Sena’s political alliance, reported Hindustan Times.

The actor took to social media with claims that she owns the workspace that has been paid off by selling a flat which she had purchased in 2011 with her hard-earned money of 25 to 30 years from working in the film industry. “The document has papers of the sale of the flat in the first of week of March. It also has papers of how I bought the office with that money, which I had earned through my hard work. The flat that I had bought was way before I entered politics,” said Matondkar in a video on Twitter, adding that she’s prepared to display every paper linked to this transaction in front of the media. “I challenge Kangana Ranaut to pick up a time and place and come out with her list which she was supposed to submit to NCB about members of the film industry, for which she has taken Y-plus on the tax payers money."

Previously, Ranaut and Matondkar had sparked an internet dispute in September when the latter criticised the former for equating Mumbai to Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
