Last year at the Lux Style Awards, one could hear gasps as actor Yasir Hussain kneeled down on one knee and proposed fellow actor Iqra Aziz. The emotional moment was shared by their peers present at the prestigious ceremony and later, their fans.
The couple tied the knot on this day in 2019. Even before the much-talked about proposal, the couple was rather open about their relationship.
Both the actors got married in an extravagant ceremony where the couple looked nothing less than perfect.
And just like that; a year later, Iqra and Yasir celebrate their first wedding anniversary.
The Ranjha Ranjha Kardi actor took to her Instagram account to wish beloved husband on their special day.
With an adorable photo and a dedicated heartfelt caption, she wrote, “Happy 1st Anniversary babzuu! You’re so special to me that I cannot express it in words. You’ve given me so much love and care. You’ve been my partner, my friend, my frenemy, my companion, my everything. You’ve made me see the world in a new way. You’re the positivity in my life. Keep shinning and keep smiling. I LOVE YOU. PS I’ll always be there - kissing your hand.”
Just a week ago, Yasir took to Instagram to applaud Iqra, not only for bagging awards in these three years but for also being the ‘best wife.’ "You are not just the best actress but best wife and best friend. I’m proud of you. Love," rounded off Hussain.
