ECP names officials for by-polls in K-P

Regional Election Commissioner Khurshid Alam has been named as the District Returning Officer

PESHAWAR:

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Saturday notified polling officials for the upcoming by-elections for the National Assembly seat NA-45 in Kurram and the provincial assembly seat PK-63 in Nowshera. For the NA-45 by-elections, the Mardan Regional Election Commissioner (REC) Khurshid Alam has been named as the District Returning Officer (DRO). The Dera Ismail Khan District Election Commissioner (DEC) Hayataullah has been notified as the returning officer (RO), while the Kurram Assistant Commissioner (AC) Hamid Khan and the Kurram Education Assistant Director Abid Hussain have been notified as the Assistant Returning Officers (AROs). For PK-63 Nowshera, the Peshawar REC Fazal Hakim has been notified as the DRO, Swabi DEC Raham Zada has been notified as the RO and Nowshera AC Furqan Ashraf and the Nowshera DEO have been named as the AROs.
