Lawyers at the Karachi city courts are observing a strike against poor security arrangements.
President Karachi Bar Association Mehmood-ul-Hassan said CCPO Waseem Ahmad will visit city courts at noon today. He will meet Karachi Bar officials to discuss security arrangments for courts.
This comes after a terror attack at the city courts on Saturday where attackers managed to take away their accomplices involved in several target killing incidents and blasts.
During the clash one policemen was killed while four people were injured. Karachi Bar has announced a boycott of courts until proper security arrangements are made.
