Self-defence training for minors urged

Divisional Sports Officer Rana Nadeem Anjum said that Taekwondo game was best for children's physical fitness

Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) Director Sports Tars Mohyuddin urged the parents to get their children self-defence' training.

We need an environment and culture where self-defence was considered mandatory for all, he added.

He expressed these views while addressing a ceremony organised by Khan Taekwondo Academy in honour of black belt degree holders and players which performed well in national championship in Lahore recently. The ceremony was held at e-Library on Sunday.

Divisional Sports Officer Rana Nadeem Anjum said that Taekwondo game was best for children's physical fitness as well as self-defence.

They hailed the role of Khan Academy in boosting the Taekwondo skills among their players.
