Call for order: Wassan wants to restore peace
Wassan said it is important that the police perform the necessary work required at police stations.

Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wassan has directed the IG Police, Additional Chief Secretary and all officials of the Home Department to prioritise the restoration of order and to safeguard the rights of the public, according to a handout issued on Monday. Wassan issued these directives after meeting various delegations, from across Sindh, which had called on the home minister to inform him about the problems they were facing. Placing an emphasis on providing instant relief to the public, Wassan said it is important that the police perform the necessary work required at police stations. He made it clear that any official found involved in unlawful activities would be severely dealt with.
