In a major reshuffle, the federal government has notified transfer and posting of 15 senior civil servants belonging to the Police Service of Pakistan (PSP).
According to a notification issued on Tuesday, Humayun Bashir Tarar, a BS-20 officer awaiting posting in the Establishment Division, has been transferred and his services have been placed at the disposal of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) government.
Services of Captain (retd) Liaqat Ali Malik, a BS-19 officer, and Shaukat Abbas and Rai Babar Saeed – both BS-20 officers – have also been placed at the disposal of the K-P government
Zeeshan Asghar, a BS-19 officer, and Zulfiqar Hameed, a BS-20 officer, are also transferred and their services have been placed at the disposal of the Balochistan government.
Bilal Siddique Kamyana, a BS-20 officer who was presently posted as officer on special duty (OSD), has been transferred to Balochistan. Muhammad Saeed, a BS-20 officer who was serving under the K-P government, and Akhtar Hayat, a BS-20 officer, have also been transferred to Balochistan.
Dr Akhtar Abbas, a BS-20 officer, has been transferred and posed as the Human Rights Division joint secretary. Mansoor-ul-Haq Rana, a BS-19 officer, has been transferred and posted as the State and Frontier Region Division deputy secretary.
Captain (retd) Tahir Ayub Khan, a BS-19 officer, has been transferred to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) while B A Nasir, a BS-21 officer, has been transferred and posted as the Railways Division senior joint secretary.
Abdul Jabbar, a BS-20 officer currently posted at the Frontier Constabulary has been asked to report to the Establishment Division. Muhammad Inkasar Khan Afghan, a BS-20 officer, has been transferred to the Frontier Constabulary.
