K-P leads in resolving citizen complaints

The chief secretary lauded the significant improvement

PESHAWAR:

The Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government is leading other provincial governments in redressing complaints lodged on the Pakistan Citizens’ Portal (PCP).

This was disclosed during a meeting of administrative secretaries of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) on Monday. The meeting was chaired by K-P Chief Secretary Dr Kazim Niaz.

The chief secretary lauded the significant improvement in the performance of the K-P government on the Pakistan Citizens’ Portal and in resolving public grievances in the ongoing month.

The performance of the provincial government on addressing complaints had increased from 48 per cent in September to 57 per cent this month.

The meeting also reviewed the performance of various provincial departments. The chief secretary expressed satisfaction over the performance of the Task Management System and the File Tracking System.
