Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has said that Karachi is once again ready to host the Pakistan Super League fifth edition’s (PSL) remaining four matches.

He assured on Saturday that the provincial capital would organise the rest of the games of PSL in a suitable manner, promising complete cooperation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for making arrangements for it.

Shah expressed hope that the standard operating procedures (SOPs) to curb the spread of coronavirus would be strictly followed while staging PSL matches at the National Stadium Karachi (NSK).

Four matches of the PSL playoffs were originally scheduled at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, on November 14, 15 and 17, however, due to the expected intensity of smog, cricket authorities decided to shift the matches to Karachi.
