3 actors who nailed the pant suit

Remember when Mahira Khan strutted down the runway in an oversized monochrome power suit that won everyone’s hearts? Or when Lady Gaga looked fabulous in a pant suit at Elle's annual Women in Hollywood celebration? Or when Deepika Padukone's orange heels made a perfect contrast for her striped navy and white outfit?

For the last few years, women in fashion and entertainment have been donning (and nailing) suits. According to global fashion search platform Lyst, which recently released its annual Year in Fashion report, suits were also one of the five biggest trends influenced by celebrities in 2018, with searches for women's suits up by 87% year on year. Since 2018, there has been a rise in the trend - one that we only hope to see more of. Below, we take a look at some of the most memorable celebrities takes on the power suit.·

Mahira Khan:

The Humsafar star made waves when she announced she will be attending the Cannes Film Festival in 2018. Be it a sari, or a lehenga, Kapoor can pull off a rag even.One of her most memorable looks has to be white pant suit she wore during the Cannes Film Festival. Designed by the famous Ralph and Russo, the starlet looked gorgeous in a fitted white pantsuit with a trail. She completed her look with a heavy emerald neck piece and a neat bun, with simple dark

Blake Lively:

In 2018, the Age of Adeline star made headlines when she wore six pant suits in six days! During the promotion of her then upcoming film A Simple Favour, she nailed every look she donned. One of the most prominent one was when Lively wore a checkered techni-coloured pant suit. She paired the look with a side braid and minimal jewellery.The actor, who is known for her impressive street style, looked a totally cool with her outfit of the day!
