Covid-19 claims 10 lives in Punjab

LAHORE:

The coronavirus pandemic has claimed 10 more lives in Punjab during the last 24 hours.

Due to the increase in daily virus death toll after three months of decline, health department officials were concerned over the worrying numbers.

After seeing the increase in Covid-19 deaths, Punjab government is reportedly mulling over imposition of another lockdown across the province.

As many as 134 fresh infections were also confirmed in the province. Health department officials advised the people to adopt precautionary measures, warning that a second wave of Covid-19 had reportedly started in the country.
