RAWALPINDI:

The traders of the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi have denounced the use of Tiger Force for inspection of prices of daily-use commodities until the revision in the official rate lists.

Central aMerchant Association President Saleem Pervaiz said that the trade of commodities whose official rates were fixed by the Rawalpindi Deputy Commissioner (DC) would remain stalled until the prices were revised.

The official added that they had been demanding the district administration to revise official rates for the past two months but they were ignored. Pervaiz claimed that the Tiger Force volunteers were misbehaving with the shopkeepers in the name of price inspection.
