HYDERABAD:

A lawyer who was allegedly abducted from Hyderabad on September 4 returned home on Monday. Advocate Muhib Ali Leghari, who had been pleading cases pertaining to missing persons, was dropped off at Hub Chowki, Lasbella, late on Sunday night. He later reportedly took a taxi to reach his residence. Leghari’s alleged enforced disappearance had stirred a reaction from lawyers, who had resorted to boycotting the courts once a week since he disappeared. Meanwhile, his wife, Etrat Batool, had filed a petition in the Sindh High Court last month, seeking his safe recovery. She had claimed that her husband was whisked away by men who had intercepted them.
