Five shot and injured across city

Five men were injured in separate incidents in the city on Friday. Two men were injured after being shot and stabbed during a clash in Keamari. The injured, identified as Abdul Malik, 26, and Jahangir, 22, were shifted to Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital for treatment. According to the police, while some of the suspects were arrested, others managed to escape. Separately, a man was shot and injured in Bilal Colony. The injured, identified as Nadeem, 38, was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for treatment. He informed the police that he was shot by robbers for offering resistance during a looting bid. Moreover, two men were shot and injured near Native Jetty Bridge. The injured, identified as Muhammad Nasir, 31, and Muhammad Saleem, were shifted to Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital for treatment.
