Kangana Ranaut lauds Trump's tweet against Biden about drug use

Ranaut thinks accusations of drug use are better than sexist abuses

Kangana Ranaut has taken to backing up US President Donald Trump's tweets directed towards fellow presidential candidate Joe Biden, where he called for a drug test for Biden. 

The tweet in question was sent by Trump on Sunday ahead of Tuesday's presidential debate, and it read: "I will be strongly demanding a Drug Test of Sleepy Joe Biden prior to, or after, the Debate on Tuesday night. Naturally, I will agree to take one also. His Debate performances have been record-setting UNEVEN, to put it mildly. Only drugs could have caused this discrepancy?" 

Its not the content of this tweet but the context of it that I appreciate, accusations of taking drugs is used as a slur, much better than naming mother’s reproductive organs/stigmatising mental illnesses. Ranaut then retweeted Trump's tweet, chiming in that she appreciates the context of the tweet, alluding that it's better to make drug use a slur rather than 'mother’s reproductive organs'. "Its not the content of this tweet but the context of it that I appreciate, accusations of taking drugs is used as a slur, much better than naming mother’s reproductive organs/stigmatising mental illnesses. We as a society must know what is it that we recognise as truly shameful," said Ranaut.

Ranaut herself has continually been involved in Twitter debates over drug use in Bollywood and has called out many of her colleagues.
