Over 2,600 acres of state land retrieved

FAISALABAD:

An operation was conducted in Chak 534GB, Jaranwala during which 2,605 acres of government land was retrieved from encroachers.

Reportedly, the operation was conducted over a period of five days.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Headquarters Muhammad Khalid, Assistant Commissioner (AC) Jaranwala Zainal Abidin, AC Samundri Faisal Sultan, the superintendent of police (SP) and their team carried out the operation.

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Muhammad Ali said that the efforts of the district administration and police teams to bring the operation to a logical conclusion were commendable and no one will be allowed to encroach land.
