The National Highways and Motorway Police (NH&MP) arrested two suspected robbers on Tuesday. The arrested suspects had been identified as Sohail Ahmad and Gul Hassan. The suspects had committed a robbery bid at a mobile cash shop at Ada Baseerpur and fled from the scene. They had snatched as many as four mobile phones from the mobile shop. Among the valuables, a cellphone had an app for a private bank account which held around Rs400,000 in it. The suspects, after some time, managed to transfer at least Rs90,000 rupees from it. The suspects after the bid had fled from the scene using a vehicle with blue light. They were arrested after a few citizens helped them identify police. NH&MP handed them over to local police for further investigation purposes.
