The provincial government has decided to table a bill for in the provincial assembly tomorrow (Monday) aimed at empowering government departments for hiring legal experts for defending its cases in the top courts of the country.
Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Assembly would resume session at 3 pm on Monday (tomorrow).
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Liaquat Ali Khan would table the bill. The session would also resume the debate on Chakdara-Chitral Motorway which was left unfinished during the last proceedings of the house.
The house would also take up the Billion Tree Tsunami project and a point of order from Sahibzada Sanaullah who would bring the attention of the house to the out of order X-ray machine at the orthopedic department in Timergara Hospital.
Another calling attention notice related to the newly constructed school in PK-7 constituency, which still awaits opening would also be tabled in the assembly.
