Peshawar Zalmi launches talent hunt

Establishes its camp at Jamrud Cricket Stadium in Khyber district

PESAHWAR:

The Peshawar Zalmi has decided to find new cricket talent in the province and has established its camp at Jamrud Cricket Stadium in Khyber district. The Peshawar Zalmi spokesperson Abdul Ghaffar said that the best candidates will be provided with coaching and guidance by players such as Muhammad Akram, Hashim Amla and Darren Sammy. Young cricketers who have sent videos to Peshawar Zalmi on social media are invited to Zalmi camp in Peshawar, Wana, Miranshah, Abbottabad, Lahore and Karachi, he added. Ghaffar added that due to the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the team had delayed the programme, but they will restart while observing all standard operating procedures (SOPs) from today (Monday).
