ISLAMABAD:

Overseas Pakistanis and their families can now easily renew their machine-readable passports at the offices of the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) after a “Machine Readable Passport (MRP) Facility” was set up at the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Head Office in Islamabad. Set up in collaboration with Immigration and Passports Directorate General (DGIP), the machine was installed on the directions of Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Overseas Pakistanis Sayed Zulfiqar Bukhari. The machine will help overseas Pakistanis apply or renew their passports along with other existing facilities provided by the OPF under one roof. These services include the OPF membership card, foreign exchange remittance card (FERC), National Database Regulatory Authority (NADRA) Swift Centre, Complaint Resolution System, etc.
