RAWALPINDI:

Police have registered a case against a man who allegedly molested a differently-abled teenager in the Dhok Hayat Ali area in the precincts of Gujjar Khan police station on Thursday. The victim’s father informed the police that his 14-year-old son was mentally challenged and enrolled in a special education school. The complainant said that his son went to a dairy shop to purchase milk but did not return after long. Therefore, the complainant went to search for his child and he saw him coming out from Ghulam Mustafa’s house crying. When inquired, the victim said that Mustafa had abused him. Police have registered a case on the complaint. The police officials said that they have started investigation and waiting for the report of the medical examination of the victim.
