Milk testing labs functional at Lahore entry points

PM Imran has directed provision of hygienic food to citizens

On the directions of Punjab Food Minister Abdul Aleem Khan, milk testing labs have started their operation at the six entry points of the city whereby citizens will be able to get milk tested for free and a report will be handed over to them in two minutes.

Furthermore, milk testing facility will also be available at all the nine Punjab Food Authority (PFA) divisional headquarters.

The first lab of this kind was inaugurated by Khan at the headquarters of the Punjab Food Authority.

In his address, Abdul Aleem Khan said the prime minister has directed to ensure provision of hygienic food to the citizens.

He announced that his own monitoring team would check on the PFA teams so that strict compliance is mandated.
