Police arrest businessman’s ‘killers’

The Khairpur police claimed on Monday to have arrested the killers of the former president of the Khairpur Chamber of Commerce.

According to the police, Rajesh Kumar had been murdered near Khajoor Mando on July 31. Talking to the media, Khairpur SSP Captain (retd) Ameer Saud Magsi said the police had arrested Bhojo Mal, Hishmat Mal, Wahid Bux Shar and Zaffar Phulpoto for allegedly murdering Kumar. He added that Bhojo and Hishmat were brothers who had hired Shar and Sabghatullah Memon to kill the businessman, while Phulpoto facilitated them. He added that the arrested suspects had confessed to the crime.
