CM Buzdar pledges equal development across Punjab

Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has said the government is implementing its agenda of equal development for every village, town and city of the province.

He expressed these views during a meeting with National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaisar and Defence Minister Pervaiz Khatak on Tuesday.

Matters of mutual interest and current political situation were discussed at length and the leaders agreed to further improve mutual contacts. They also appreciated timely interventions of the Punjab government to cope with the spread of coronavirus.

“The scope of development has been extended to remote areas as well. The government is implementing its agenda of equal development for every village, town and city of Punjab.” He said the era of political jugglery has passed and the PTI government is taking practical measures.

Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaisar said Buzdar’s consultation with MNAs on the development projects was a commendable step which was yielding positive results. He said the process of consultation between Punjab government and MNAs will continue in future as well under the leadership of Usman Bzudar and journey of public service will be taken ahead speedily.
