NAB arrests two govt contractors

They had received complaints of people’s applications for buying tractors on subsidised rates not being entertained

SUKKUR:

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Sukkur arrested on Tuesday two government contractors accused of being involved in corruption in an education department’s development project and a subsidised tractors scheme. According to the NAB, Sukkur, they had received complaints of people’s applications for buying tractors on subsidised rates not being entertained, while, reportedly, those having political influence getting tractors on reduced prices when they didn’t even apply for the scheme.
