Cambridge announces results of students under grade prediction system
Cambridge issues grades to the students worldwide assessing results submitted by their respective schools
KARACHI:
In a first, the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) has announced results of hundreds of thousands of students who participated in the examinations from across the world as well from Pakistan under grade prediction method.
The Cambridge International in March cancelled all examinations and decided to grade students based on skills and knowledge gained in their respective courses amid the Covid-19 outbreak.
As many as 550 schools in Pakistan received results of students who registered for international courses including O/A level programmes.
A total of 95,0000 students from 139 countries opted to take part in the exams under grade prediction method for the Cambridge May/June session.
The Chief Executive of Cambridge International Christine Özden said in a statement on Monday that extraordinary measures were taken to enable the students to continue their education while ensuring their safety amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Why Cambridge used under grade prediction method. Many students has got U , really sad... Why waisted students' time.. at least they deserved to be passed... this is really injustice.... they should have asked all the students to appear in October / November... this is really sad
The results were totally unfair and it clearly shows that the so called educators working in Pakistan for Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) either have destroyed the future of Pakistani youth for money and to make their Masters happy. Now they are trying to justify their actions with lies ..... THEY ARE THE REAL TRAITORS AND MUST BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE AND SHOULD HAVE EXEMPLARY PUNISHMENT. Government of Pakistan must take immediate action to save Pakistan's future
It is a big fat lie. Cambridge gave worst and unfair results to deserving students. Putting their future at risk and put them under mental pressure. Cambridge is responsible for student's imbalanced mental health due to their unfair result stats.
It's unjustified with the private candidates, unfortunately they were not students of any school due to several different reasons, But they had spent too much time as well as money, but unable to prove That they are students too. The karachi office asked several times to find out the solution for private students to save their year too, but nobody paid any attention. We pray that We should not face this same problem in oct/nov exam again or in future, otherwise the private candidates will never get the education. Good luck private candidates.
Disapointed result. Students were not prepare this type of grades.
The results have come as a great shock. Cambridge has downplayed the grades by a significant percentage. Average students and high achievers stand at the same level. It is truly devastating for those who had high hopes in the Cambridge judgement criteria for predicted grades.
