A tanker carrying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) overturned after the driver lost control over it on Jhang road near Head Muhammad Wala on Thursday. Rescuers said that the tanker carrying 40,000 litres of LPG overturned while being driven off the road. The driver reportedly dozed off before the accident and sustained minor injuries. Rescue 1122 Muzagfargarh ambulance and fire fighting vehicle reached the site after receiving information about the incident. Rescuers cordoned off the area and started rescue operation. They gave first aid treatment to the injured driver. The tanker was on his way to Islamabad from Quetta.
