Grenade attack case registered

A case was registered on Thursday pertaining to a grenade attack at an estate agency in Korangi the previous day. A suspect was named in the FIR, while the case included charges under the Anti-Terrorism Act and Explosives Act as well as a section of the Pakistan Penal Code pertaining to attempted murder. According to the complainant, he was involved in a dispute over money, following which his shop was attacked with a grenade. Police stated said that an investigation had been launched and the suspects would be arrested soon. CCTV footage of the attack showed two motorcyclists escaping from the spot after hurling a grenade at the shop. Three people were injured in the incident.
