Sindh govt asked to reopen schools on Aug 15
Private schools adamant to reopen
SUKKUR:
The Association of Private Institutions (API) Sukkur urged the Sindh government on Wednesday to reopen schools on August 15 with standard operating procedures to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
In a press conference, API president Bashir Ahmed Channa and others stated that further closure would push teachers and staff towards crisis. They said that the pandemic situation was improving in Pakistan, adding that according to a Gallup survey, 74 per cent of parents wanted to send their children back to schools.
