The Frere police handed over a teenager from Lahore to his father on Tuesday, after the youth stole money from his house and fled to Karachi last week. According to the police, 18-year-old Owais, who was arrested from Cantonment Railway Station on July 24, had revealed during interrogation that he had left his home in Lahore after stealing Rs145,000 from his parents.
