As many as four suspected criminals of a robbers’ gang were arrested by CIA Cantonment police on Saturday. The arrested suspects had been identified as Haider alias Kala, Shahzad, Babar and Abdul Khalil. Police also recovered Rs0.2 million, mobile phones and illegal weapons from their custody. The accused had confessed to committing bids in various parts of the city. Police officials said that they were investigating the matter further.
