4 kanals of land retrieved in capital

Police and other relevant departments conducted several operations

ISLAMABAD:

The enforcement directorate of the apex civic agency in the federal capital on Wednesday retrieved four kanals of encroached land in the city apart from demolishing other encroachments. Officials of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Wednesday said that the Enforcement Directorate of the authority, along with the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Administration, Islamabad Police and other relevant departments conducted several operations in different areas of the city and demolished several illegal constructions and encroachments. An operation in the Jabba Tailee area where a boundary wall built around four kanals of state land was demolished along with foundations of four rooms in the area. In another operation, the Enforcement Directorate demolished a gate and a boundary wall in Faisal Colony of Sector G-7/1.
