RFAK, Zainab Abbas and more among Asia's 100 Most Influential

The list, compiled by The New York Press News Agency, was shared by Zainab Abbas

Multiple Pakistani personalities seem to have made it to The New York Press News Agency's list of the 100 Most Influential People in Asia/UK/EU, according to sports presenter Zainab Abbas' recent Instagram post.

"Honoured to be part of the 100 most influential list of people in Asia/UK/EU amongst some inspiring individuals. More power to all" shared Abbas, who is featured on the list herself. She also shared a picture of the list with the names of featured personalities.

Taking a closer look at the picture, you'll find a number of Pakistani celebrities, designers, and artists' names in the long list, most notably, singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, who ranked number three on the overall list. Singers Ali Zafar, Rahim Shah, and Farhan Saeed, journalist and TV personality Waseem Badami, and fashion designers Hassan Sheheryar Yasin, Huma Adnan, Deepak Perwani, Nauman Arfeen, Shamaeel Ansari and Rana Noman also feature on the list.

Sports personalities also feature on the list heavily with cricketers Wasim Akram, Shoaib Akhtar, Shoaib Malik, Bismah Maroof, footballer Kaleemullah Khan, and tennis player Aisamul Haq Qureshi being a part of it. 

The list also includes a number of Indian personalities, including tennis star Sania Mirza, music composer A R Rahman, singer Sonu Nigam, etc.
