‘Flawed planning cause of damaged provincial economy’

Lamenting over the flawed planning of previous governments, Chief Minister of Balochistan Jam Kamal said decisions taken in individual capacity have cast a negative impact on institutions and the governance system in Balochistan.

While presiding over a meeting on Tuesday to review the health and education development schemes under PSDP and new building designs, he directed authorities to ensure quality in new buildings particularly education and health institutions that should be constructed in such a manner that they are equipped with lasting utility and all facilities.

"Construction of cadet colleges, residential colleges and hospitals on sprawling land are causing extra expenditures for government,” the chief minister added.
