Aishwarya, Aaradhya Bachchan test Covid-19 positive

Their test reports have arrived after Amitabh and Abhishek tested positive yesterday evening

Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachan had tested positive for Covid-19 and were admitted to a city hospital yesterday evening. And now reports suggest that Aishwarya Rai Bachan and daughter Aradhya have also tested positive for Coronavirus, while Jaya Bachan has tested negative, reported Times of India.

More details about the same are awaited. Earlier today, BMC santisation workers were at Bachchan’s bungalow jalsa to sanitise the premises.

Indian Health Minister Rajesh Tope had confirmed the same on Twitter, "Smt.Aishwarya Rai Bacchan and daughter Aaradhya Abhishek Bacchan have also been detected positive for Covid19. Smt. Whereas Jaya Bachhan jee had tested negative for the virus We wish the Bacchan Family to get well soon with a speedy recovery."

 

On Saturday evening, the Gulabo Sitabo star had confirmed on Twitter, "I have tested Covid-19 positive and shifted to a hospital. The Hospital is informing authorities and family and staff have undergone tests, results awaited. All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested!" Amitabh Bachchan was reportedly said to be stable with mild symptoms and is admitted to the hospital’s isolation unit."

While later Abhishek had also posted, “Earlier today, both my father and I tested positive for COVID-19. Both of us having mild symptoms have been admitted to hospital. We have informed all the required authorities and our family and staff are all being tested. I request all to stay calm and not panic. Thank you.”.
