ISLAMABAD:

Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training has sent letters to all provincial secretaries for education regarding the decision taken in the inter-provincial educational conference on the resumption of educational activities across the country.

The letter read that all educational institutions should be reopened under standard operating procedures (SOPs) devised by the government to prevent coronavirus spread. However, the federal ministry would review the coronavirus situation during last week of August.

The letter also permitted the universities to call PhD students before September 15 for their research and laboratory work. The same has been permitted for technical institutions across the country.
