‘Govt affairs run on WhatsApp’

Raisani says that the rights of the people have been robbed

QUETTA: Former Chief Minister of Balochistan, Chief of Sarawan and Member of Provincial Assembly, Nawab Muhammad Aslam Raisani alleged that the affairs of the Balochistan government are being run on WhatsApp and Twitter.

“Due to the incompetence of the government, everyone from snuff sellers to educated youth are protesting in the province today,” he said while speaking to the media. “MPAs, people, students, landlords are all protesting against the government formed as a result of rigging in the last election.”

Raisani added that the rights of the people have been robbed.

“In PSDP, constructions projects are meant to be in the interest of the people, roads are built, but here everyone from a snuff-cement man to an educated person is protesting for employment.”
