The All Pakistan Private Schools and Colleges Association Central President Malik Abrar in a statement on Wednesday said that Sahfqat Mahmood has failed to fulfill his responsibility as education minister. His failure has put the future of millions of students at risk, the statement added.
The statement read that the minister should resign from his post immediately and this responsibility should be handed over to a capable person.
Abrar said that nearly 20 per cent of private educational institutions are closed due to poor strategy of the incumbent government while one million teachers have lost their jobs.
