ANF seizes drugs

KARACHI: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) confiscated 14 kilogrammes of Ice and 840 grams of methamphetamine during separate raids on Sunday.

According to an ANF spokesperson, a smuggling attempt was foiled at Jinnah International Airport’s Pakistan International Container Terminal, from where officials seized Ice concealed in containers and reportedly being smuggled to Dubai.

Separately, 840g of methamphetamine was found from the office of a courier company.

The confiscated substance was hidden in between bundles of towels. ANF officials are carrying out search to arrest those involve in the illegal business.
