Yasir Nawaz, Nida Yasir rubbish rumours of being in critical condition

Both of them have assured fans that the family is doing fine after testing Covid-19 positive

Morning show host Nida Yasir and her husband, actor Yasir Nawaz refuted reports of them being in critical condition days after their Covid-19 diagnosis. In her latest Instagram post, Nida provided an update on her health.

"I want to clarify that I am absolutely fine khuda ka shukar he.Apki duaen hein mere sath (Thank God. Your prayers are with me). My family is fine as well. People are spreading false news about my health. We are at home," she said.

Yasir also sent a similar message, assuring his fans that the family is on the path to recovery. "I want to clarify that we are recovering and are isolated at our home. Please don't spread false rumours," he said.

Last month, the couple along with Alizeh Shah, her fiance and Naveed Raza tested positive for Covid-19. Given the time proximity of their diagnosis with the appearance of all of them on Nida's morning show, it is being speculated that the virus spread from there.
