Street crimes continue amid lockdown in Lahore

LAHORE:
Millions of rupees and valuables, including jewellery, mobile phones and motorcycles, were snatched from citizens in several incidents of robbery in the provincial capital.

According to details, the robbers stole Rs400,000 cash, gold jewellery and other items from Tanveer’s house in Baghbanpura area. In Satokla, robbers stole Rs420,000 cash, gold jewellery and other items from Hassan’s house.

Robbers stole Rs190,000,  jewellery, and other items from Umair’s house in Kahna. Moreover, in the Gujjarpura area, robbers looted Rs115,000, jewellery and other items from Ikram’s house. In Mughalpura, robbers looted Rs0.1 million, jewellery and other belongings from Furqan’s house. In Gulshan-e-Iqbal, robbers stole Rs60,000 and valuables from Nazim.


In the Sanda area,robbers stole Rs35,000 cash and other items from Shahzaman’s family. Robbers snatched Rs20,000, jewellery and other items from Naveed’s family in the Akbari Gate area.

Vehicles were stolen from Burki and Islampura and motorcycles were stolen from Mustafaabad, Shahdara Town and Gujjarpura.
