It appears that actor Ayeza Khan doesn't want entertainment figures like herself being made to justify their personal lives constantly while the country goes through a crisis. Speaking against the tirade of social media trials celebrities have been subjected to in recent times, Khan talked about how hurtful can words be.
" Why celebrities are on social media? Are we here to let others decide what we have to do with our lives? Reading comments like these hurt us too, " she said in a cryptic message on Instagram.
Adding further, the Meray Pass Tum Ho star urged people to remain "positive" in these testing times. "We are all in this together and Inshallah we will get through this tough time. We all need to stay positive and calm," Khan said in another post.
Concluding her rant, Khan talked about how she and her peers try their best to entertain the fans and keep them from dwelling too much on the negatives. " We entertain millions around, try to spread happiness and act normal for our fans to divert their attention and tell them that things are fine," she said.
