‘Political’ Motives: Tariq Jameel’s Nine Zero visit criticised

APML's Javed Badar has criticised Tablighi Jamaat leader Maulana Tariq Jameel for visiting Nine Zero.

LAHORE: All Pakistan Muslim League leader Javed Badar has criticised Tablighi Jamaat leader Maulana Tariq Jameel for visiting Nine Zero, the MQM headquarters, saying the visit was an indication that the Jamaat intended to step into politics. He said that MQM was an ‘ethnically driven’ political party and Jameel now had to explain the purpose of this visit to his supporters. He said that it was ironic that Jameel did not visit any of the families of the victims of the recent Karachi violence.
