Jail Break: 3 robbers flee police custody

On Monday, accused Raiz Khaki, Suhail and Waqas managed to carve a hole in the roof of the station lock up.

MULTAN: Three robbers escaped from the Muzaffarabad Police Station lock-up after carving a hole in the roof.  According to Cantt Police Station superintendent Liaqat Cheema, robbers and proclaimed offenders charged with multiple counts of robbery, kidnapping and other crimes were being kept in lock-up at the station. On Monday, accused Raiz Khaki, Suhail and Waqas managed to carve a hole in the roof of the station lock up and escaped early on Monday morning. The SP said a case had been registered against the duty officer, duty constable and naib moharar and that police were searching for the accused.
