The ISPR said the injured were evacuated to nearby health facility for treatment.
"Due to indiscriminate fire in Kirni Degwar Nar and Mandhar villages, 6 innocent civilians including three girls and one woman sustained serious injuries. The injured have been evacuated to nearby health facility for necessary medical care."

Pakistan has continuously warned the international community that Indian could stage a false flag operation to divert the world's attention from grim human rights situation in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The India military leadership recently accused Pakistan of sending “terrorists” across the LoC as well as Covid-19 patients.
Islamabad has dismissed the Indian allegations as rubbish and demanded the United Nations to task UNMOGIP to hold inquiry into the allegation and validate Delhi's claims.
