Offering his comments at a meeting of the coalition partners, the CM said that after the 18th Constitutional Amendment passed by the Parliament and approved by the President, the provincial government is making necessary preparations to take control of additional subjects and more powers.
Raisani said that his government was also consulting constitutional experts so that the transfer of more subjects from the Central government to the federating units was smooth and orderly.
The meeting also reviewed the budget proposals for the next fiscal year and noted the province will achieve balanced economic growth in all the regions.
The meeting decided to give preference to drinking water supply, health, education and other social sector projects. The principle of justice and equity would be retained while allocating funds, the meeting resolved.
