Initial reports say that the tribal leader Abdul Razzaq and his brother Dur Mohammad were driving through the main bazaar along with their bodyguards in Turbat when they were ambushed.
The assailants riding motorcycles fired at their car, killing the five men on the spot.
The Levies Force reached the spot and took the bodies to the hospital for initial investigation. The bodies were later handed over to the relatives of the deceased.
The reason behind the killings has not been ascertained as yet, while the Levies Force is carrying out an investigation into the matter.
