ISLAMABAD: Police were in a quandary over a face-off between sons of two political giants in Islamabad.

Son of the ex-senator Sardar Ali informed the Kohsar police late on Thursday night that some unidentified suspects in four vehicles intercepted him on Margalla Road.

Meanwhile, Abpara Police received information about an accident in Sector G-6/4. When the police team reached the incident site, it saw that the vehicles of the sons of Danial Aziz and Sardar Ali had met an accident.

Aziz’s son, Mikael who was present on the site informed the police that unidentified suspects had opened fire at his vehicle and then hit it, causing the accident. Police impounded both vehicles but have not registered a case so far.
